What is the difference between the Commercial Rate and the Academic Rate?

  • Commercial Rate: For participants attending from corporations (sponsors, CROs and ancillary service providers)
  • Academic Rate: For participants attending from academic organizations (AMCs and Universities)

What does the course registration fee include?
Your registration fee includes course tuition and all educational materials.

Are there any standard discounts available to course registrants?
Yes! We offer two standard discounts. Barnett provides volume discounts for multiple enrollments from the same company in the same program. Enrollment must be made at the same time.

  • 10% discount for two participants
  • 15% discount for three or more participants

Please note that multiple enrollment discounts CANNOT be combined with early enrollment discounts.

Can I obtain continuing education credits by attending a Barnett course?
Program participants will receive continuing education units (CEUs) as indicated on each course description page for full participation (complete sign-in sheet, pre- and post-test, and evaluation form). Barnett must receive all completed documentation within 30 days of program completion or CEUs will not be issued. Barnett International will issue a receipt of completion for earned CEUs within three weeks of program completion. Barnett International is approved by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmaceutical education. The Committee on Continuing Education of the New Jersey State Nurses Association (NJSNA) has approved several of our courses. The NJSNA is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission (ANCC) on Accreditation of the American Nurses Association as an approver of continuing education for nurses.

What is Barnett's course cancellation policy?
Your notice of cancellation must be received in writing by email to Barnett’s Customer Service Department at customer.service@barnettinternational.com prior to the start of the course. Note that Barnett does not refund your registration fee.

  • Prior to 10 business days before the course: You will receive an Event Pass. This Event Pass may be applied toward a future Barnett course of equal value within twelve (12) months of issue date. The original Event Pass must be surrendered at the time you register for a future course. (This can be done by email only.) Event Passes are not transferable to any other type of program, such as conferences or product orders.
  • Within 10 business days before course: No Event Pass will be issued.

Barnett reserves the right to change the instructors and timing of our courses. Efforts will be made to notify participants in either event. Barnett will not be responsible for any costs incurred as a result of a cancellation, instructor, or date and time change of any course.

Does Barnett limit course enrollment?
Yes. Barnett limits course enrollment to 30 people to maximize the interactivity of the programs. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Register early to be sure to secure a seat.

How long are the courses?
Most of our courses are two full days in length (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern or 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM Eastern). There will be two breaks on each training day.

Will I receive written confirmation of my course registration?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation upon registration. You will receive all course materials in pdf format prior to the start of the course.

WebEx offers cross-platform, unmatched support across a wide range of devices. Supported computer operating systems include Windows, Mac, Linux, and Solaris. Browser support includes Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari. What Is An Interactive Web Seminar?

Barnett International teams with WebEx™ meeting services to provide you with Interactive Web Seminars. Ask questions, chat, learn from industry leaders, and network with your fellow attendees all from the convenience of your own office. No travel, no travel expenses, and no time away from the office! The resources required are already at your fingertips – an Internet connection and a phone.

A Barnett Interactive Web Seminar offers you a seamless, secure, multimedia learning experience. After registering, you will receive an email confirmation that provides you with the Web Seminar link and audio connection information. You can then participate in the Web Seminar individually or as a team. For team training, simply put your phone on speaker and either gather around your computer, or project the Seminar to a screen. The live Interactive Web Seminar will enable you to ask questions, provide feedback, and learn the information critical to your business needs. Upon completion, training certificates will be provided to all participants.

NOTE: The only exceptions to the web seminar team training are: The Web Seminar Workshops and the online 30-Hour/10-Week, 20-Hour, 15-Hour, 12-Hour, and 10-Hour series which are for individual registrants only.

Training Portal Subscription FAQs


How does the training portal subscription work?
Once you decide on the registration approach you will take, Barnett will provide a spreadsheet containing all available courses. Select the courses you would like included in your subscription and return the spreadsheet to Barnett. Upon receipt of your course selections, you
will receive your login credentials to Barnett’s Learning Management System (LMS) within three business days.

How is this different from ordering individual course archives?
The subscription option is designed to provide you with more course offerings at a lower per participant cost.

How long does the subscription last?
Training portal subscriptions last for one year. Subscriptions can be renewed annually at a rate of 20% off the original fee paid. Upon each annual subscription, training courses selected may be modified.

When ordering for a team, can I assign different courses to different learners?
After choosing the overall courses to be included for teams, particular courses within that selection can be assigned/not assigned to particular learners.

Can an individual track their own training?
Yes. Individual course completion status and certificate printing is available for each learner.

How do I receive my team reports?
Team reports are generated and sent out on a bi-weekly basis to a designated point person.

Are Barnett certificates of completion available for completed courses?
Yes. Once each course is completed, certificates are available within the Learning Management System (LMS).

How much does a subscription cost and how do I place my order?
Subscriptions are available for individual users. Team discounts are available for even more value – the more users you register, the more you save. For more details, pricing and to place an order, contact Barnett as follows:
