Our team consists of clinical research professionals with a unique blend of both hands-on clinical research experience and training and development backgrounds. The average Barnett trainer possesses at least 15 years of experience in the fields in which they train.

Barnett's Corporate Team Includes the Following Key Personnel:

 

Naila Ganatra, M. Ed.
General Manager
     
Naila is responsible for the daily oversight and management of Barnett International, including the training consulting, live seminars, web seminars, eLearning and publications business lines. Throughout her career, she has planned and overseen numerous training solutions that have been attended by thousands of industry professionals, and has extensive experience in working with clients to leverage Barnett’s expertise and resources. Prior to joining Barnett, Naila held positions with major medical centers and training providers, including Cedars Sinai Medical Center, the Harvard School of Public Health/Beth Israel Hospital, Baystate Medical Center and International Business Communications. Naila holds a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Toronto.

Barbara Potter
Associate Director, Interactive Web Events
     
Barbara has deep experience in the design, development and deployment of online learning technologies, including Barnett’s Interactive Web events. She has designed numerous web-based training courses and works regularly with Barnett’s trainers and subject matter experts to design and deliver relevant and hands-on training in virtual platforms. Her background also includes technical writing and information technology, with an emphasis in database management, security and data integrity. Barbara is currently pursuing PMP certification.

Marla Hoelle, B.S.N., R.N., C.C.R.A., P.M.P.
Clinical Training Manager
     
Marla has over 25 years of clinical research expertise, including clinical project management and monitoring clinical trials (drug and device), with focus on all operational aspects of clinical trial activities from study start up to FDA submission. Marla enjoys developing clinical research professionals to their full potential in Barnett’s trainings by engaging participants in interactive dialogue and sharing lessons learned from the various clinical trial projects she has managed to the trainings she delivers. Marla is a Langevin-trained content developer and trainer, as well as a registered nurse, a certified CRA and Project Management Professional.

Sarah Colucci
Senior Manager, Core Curriculum
     
Sarah is responsible for the daily oversight of the Core Curriculum course offerings and meeting planning for Barnett. She also serves as Barnett’s accreditation manager, and is highly familiar with the rigorous standards and requirements associated with the development of effective training solutions. Sarah is currently pursuing a Master’s of Science in Leadership.
