This web seminar will take an in-depth look at training and educational approaches for Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) to advance their professional growth and leadership potential in research administration and management. Due to the changing landscape of clinical research and increasingly complex clinical trials, the CRC’s role has evolved to include even more specialized functions. Given these trends, the core competencies have advanced such that research activities managed by CRCs has required a broad range of technical, managerial, ethical, compliance and regulatory expertise. Thus, innovative training is critical to providing CRCs the skills and knowledge necessary to responsibly conduct clinical research.
