COVID-19 has changed the way we work and learn. Most of us are working from home and collaborating using web conference tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype, and WebEx. Many clinical research professionals are using this time to catch up on training that is delivered virtually or more likely, as a self-study of some sort. Training may be given to your internal teams, vendors, or investigative sites on addressing protocol amendments and other issues surrounding COVID-19. Given this change, how can you make the most of your virtual training sessions and meetings? How can you engage participants and connect them to your content most efficiently and effectively possible? This web seminar will provide tips, techniques, and fresh ideas on how to engage learners, assess learner knowledge, and optimize the learner/meeting participant experience in a virtual setting. Note: this course does not include training on management of COVID-19 in the conduct of clinical trials, rather the application of engagement during virtual meetings and training.
